Project Spice

Project Spice is underway.


It all began innocently. I went to buy a manure spreader from a friend, a spinning friend. I got the spreader and came home with this as well:















On Feb 14 we went to Shearing Day at Rising Meadows Farm:

After a quick lesson and some reading, I decided to go ahead and wash the fleece.

It wasn’t hard at all, and it hardly took any time. I did it all in the barn, where I’ve got access to super hot water.
